Shipping

Once you pay for your order, your order is being processed. That means I will prepare your artwork or print it out (in case of printed product), sign it, and in some cases I even finish prints with hand-painted details, then I package it and send it. Unfortunately, I don’t have any helpers currently, so it might take up to 5 business days for your order to be ready for shipping. I ship my parcels using an old-fashioned post office. The orders are trackable. The delivery times are up to 4 weeks (for international shipping), 2 weeks and shorter (for countries of EU) and one week for the Czech Republic.

/Pokud bydlíte v Praze, můžeme se domluvit na osobním předání./

Shipping Rates

If not stated differently, shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on your shipping zone.

Worldwide Shipping

I do ship worldwide, but you are responsible for providing all the information your post office needs to deliver the package (somewhere you might need to add a phone number and other specifics for your country). You can write them to “Order notes”. I have good experience shipping my art within countries of EU, US, Canada, and New Zealand.

Returns and Refunds

If you want to return the product, you have 30 days to do that after purchasing it, otherwise, I won’t offer you a refund or an exchange. The product must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging. If your product has been personalized in any way (e.g.: custom framing, custom dedication), it can’t be returned.

If you see that your parcel is damaged (make a picture of it as proof), check it’s content at the post office and reclaim the content (if your product is damaged as well). In case this happens with an original artwork, I will cry, and then I will process a refund once the parcel comes back to me (you will pay for the shipping and I will send it back to you with a refund, you must send me a proof of shipping price as well). If this happens with a print (or smaller goods), I will be able to send you an exchange. If the artwork is partially damaged (let’s say, a glass of the frame is broken, I can partially refund the money for the frame, and you can reframe the artwork on your own – I always try to find the easiest solution).

If you decide to return a product over 40$/1000 CZK, use a trackable service to return it and purchase extra shipping insurance (price of the insurance is not being refunded). If your parcel gets lost or damaged on its way from you to me, I won’t be able to make a refund for it, as well as if you can’t prove that you actually send it back to me.

If you want to return your product, contact me at [email protected] – you will obtain a return address and tell me about the problems you have with the product. Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

My parcel is lost

That sometimes happens. Hopefully, it wasn’t the one containing original artwork. We will reclaim the order at the post office, but it might take a long time to process. Some parcels can be lost for weeks, and then they appear again. Contact me at [email protected] and we will try to find the best solution for you. If you already know that the post office in your country is unreliable, contact me before making an order, and we can try to find out the best way to send your parcel together.

Late Refunds

Check your account again, then contact me at [email protected]. Then contact your bank/Paypal support. I will contact my bank/Paypal too. It might take several days to transfer the money, so don’t panic.
